Chris Smedley – Chief Executive

One of the co-founders of Geo, Chris led the development of the company’s unique strategy to provide high performance, dedicated fibre networks to demanding data users. Since then, Chris has overseen the company’s growth and the evolution and execution of its strategy. In September 2011 he was recognised in Global Telecom Business’s ‘Power 100’ directory of the most influential telecoms leaders.

Chris started his career as a lawyer with Linklaters & Paines, and moved to COLT Telecom prior to its flotation in 1996 where he was a member of the senior management team.
