Michelle Coffman – Director, HR &  Facilities

Michelle heads up the Human Resources, Facilities and IT functions for Geo. She officially joined Geo when Alchemy purchased it in 2008; however, Michelle had already been working for Geo since 2005 in her HR role at Hutchison Whampoa.

Her HR career spans 15 years, working primarily in the IT, telecoms and professional services sectors in both UK and Australia. Prior to Geo, Michelle provided pan-European HR services for an IT security organisation after establishing her career at leading consultancy PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Michelle is a member of the CIPD and holds a BA in Psychology and Management.
