Sheree Jaggard – General Counsel

Sheree heads up Geo’s legal function and is the Company Secretary for each of the Geo Group Companies. She joined Geo from Hutchison Whampoa in 2004, and is responsible for compliance, risk analysis and advice across all functions, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution and all contracting matters.

Having qualified at Kensington Swan, one of New Zealand’s top law firms, Sheree moved to the UK in 2000 where she took up the role of Senior Legal Adviser at COLT. There she was responsible for all procurement and supplier management for the UK and Europe and for supporting the network and operations functions within the company, along with key customer facing pan-European transactions.
