The physical attributes of our network are a key factor in ensuring the Geo network is one of the best in the country, but keeping it secure and making sure network performance is not compromised is down to location, management and experience.

Our national and London networks averaged at 99.9999015% (national) and 99.9999808% (London) availability for the whole year, with service never dropping below 99.999%.
Both the managed service and private networks had 100% availability. The diverse fibre routes our customers have in place ensure no impact to service.
In 2010, we increased our customers by a 3rd – all using Geo’s dedicated fibre network. Yet, more traffic, more routes and more activity did not see a compromise in network availability and performance.
