The elements of our service model
1. Infrastructure Design
We take the time to understand your exact requirements and leverage our nationwide network to minimise new dig and administrative delays. We’ll work with you to plan and design a seamless, dedicated fibre solution to best fit your business, including purchasing third party fibre where necessary, so you get the network you really need.
2. Network design
Unlike other providers we’re not locked into any vendor or technology which means we can design your network platform to include your preferences. Or we can design the entire transmission layer from scratch, choosing equipment that will best fit your business. You decide our level of involvement – we will support you in any way we can.
3. Project management
This is where our PRINCE2 accredited team turn your plans into a live network. It’s all about experienced supply-chain and project management with informed procurement. Every project has its own dedicated project manager and we carry out all technical, logistical and administrative detail to ensure your uniquely tailored network is delivered on time and to budget.
4. In-life network management
Once your network’s up and running, we’ll take total control of all your network maintenance, managing relationships and contracts with suppliers and integrators to ensure everything runs smoothly. Or if you prefer to start off with us running everything and then take over yourself, no problem – we’ll design a trouble free transfer package specifically for you.
5. Future upgrades
When it’s time to upgrade or augment your network, we’ll help you plan, negotiate and implement any changes at the best price and with minimum disruption. Our expert planners can even help you develop an upgrade roadmap so you can anticipate what you need to change and negotiate these upgrades as part of your initial procurement package.
