Infrastructure design
Geo's planning experts listen to your needs and figure out the most efficient and cost-effective way to deliver dedicated fibre door-to-door, site-to-site. We'll leverage the nationwide reach of our infrastructure to minimise new dig and administrative delays. We'll work closely with you to plan every detail of your bespoke and dedicated end-to-end fibre and co-location platform.
Platform design
Geo's network engineers can help you plan how your network platform will be equipped. Unlike other providers, we have no lock-in with any particular equipment vendor or transmission technology. If you have technology preferences, fine. If you favour any particular supplier, we'll be delighted to work with them. If you want us to design the entire transmission layer from scratch, we'll choose the equipment that's the best fit for your business. Or if you'd prefer to handle this part of the process yourself, we'll be happy to support you any way we can.
Project management
This is where our ISO 9001 accredited teams turn your plans into a live network. It's about experienced supply-chain management, effective project management and informed procurement. We'll take on all necessary technical, logistical and administrative detail to ensure your bespoke network is delivered on time and to budget.
Network management
Once your network’s up and running, Geo will continue to be responsible for the management of the fibre and co-location platform for the duration of your lease. We’ll work with your in-house team and any third party suppliers to ensure the stability of your network. Or if you prefer, we’ll take total control of network maintenance, managing relationships and contracts with suppliers and integrators, ensuring the integrity and maintenance of both fibre assets and transmission technologies. If you want options to start off with us running everything, then take over yourself, no problem – we’ll design a transfer package specifically for you.
Future upgrades
Our long-lease pricing model means the cost of your underlying network asset remains constant. But depending on your business, you’ll be upgrading and augmenting your network regularly. When it’s time for change we’re there to help you plan, negotiate and implement those upgrades at the best price and with the minimum disruption. Our expert planners can even help you develop an upgrade roadmap, enabling you to anticipate what you’ll need to change out when and to negotiate those upgrades as part of your initial procurement package.
